Become a Member

As a member of The PICNIC club, you will greatly influence the experiences we will cover on our route.

We believe that locals can always give the best advice and guidance on what to discover at a destination.

Therefore, we strongly rely on the advice given by: 

  • local tour operators

  • accommodation providers

  • other operators in tourism. 

In each of the 40 countries we will pass by, we handpick official members from of the categories above.

Once you sign up as a member, you automatically access our

  • Facebook: A minimum of 2 mentions (nametag + link to your page in the description) on the PICNIC Club page wall posts each day of our stay.  

  • Instagram: A minimum of 5 mentions in Instastories (nametag and swipe up) + 1 feed post related to one activity provided by you + mention in (tag in the description + video content) weekly IGTV video on @the_picnic_club_expedition, during our stay.   

  • TikTok: A minimum of 1 mention in our TikTok video posts, each day of our stay.

  • Youtube: A minimum of 1 minute description time in our Youtube weekly video + name mention in the ending roll out. 

  • Blog: 1 article about our experience with you in your country section on our PICNIC Club blog with a link to your website.

What is required?

*No financial participation is required from members

  • A member must have more than 2000 followers on either a Facebook or Instagram account.

  • A member must share our launch video on their Social Media platform at the launch date - 01. September 2021

  • A member must provide us with a minimum of 3  recommendations for activities in their country.

  • A member must provide us with relevant, general information about their country related to travel.

  • A member must provide us with a minimum of 3 pictures from their destination before our arrival.

We put your brand visuals in front of large audiences who haven’t heard of your business but are interested in your field. We offer feature ads on our social medias, our sponsors' socials medias and other local tour-operators' social medias in 40 different countries and frequent press exposure.
This will bring you a high amount of mentions before, during and after our expedition. As an advisor, you get featured ads, signs. 
If you offer promotional giveaways, a huge number of people will be toting your branded swag.

We normally only take in three members per country. However, if both the existing member, and the applying member are open to share a spot and cooperate and contribute equally, we will naturally take all the support we can get. The more we are to contribute, the stronger we will get.
